OUR STORY
Our dining experiences prides themselves on their commitment to supporting local farmers and minimizing our environmental impact. In our newly built outdoor woodfire kitchen our chef will prepare a fixed menu. Most ingredients are grown on site or sourced from nearby farms. Each dining experience will have it’s own carefully crafted menu showcasing the season’s freshest ingredients. As a result, final touches are made on the day of each dinner, ensuring an array of delightful surprises and flavors tailored to the season.
